ABSTRACT

The main contradiction in our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development. Accurately grasping the main contradictions in our society is a crucial issue to improve the social management functions of public security. Innovation in public security social management is an effective way to prevent As an important way to control the intensification of social contradictions, we must fully grasp the new characteristics of the historic changes in the principal contradictions in society, and face the growing legal challenges in society. The need for governance places new demands on the construction of rule of law and public security, the growing need for justice places new demands on public security law enforcement, and the growing need for security places new demands on public security law enforcement.  for public security social management, insisting on treating the transformation of social conflicts with new concepts, viewing the transformation of social conflicts with a new perspective, and preventing and controlling social conflicts with new practices Conflicts.
