Publication Ethics

Upholding the highest standards of integrity in academic publishing

Our Commitment

Upubscience Publisher House is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. We follow the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and expect all parties involved in the publishing process to adhere to these ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Editor Responsibilities

Editors evaluate manuscripts solely on academic merit. They maintain confidentiality, declare conflicts of interest, and ensure fair and timely peer review. Editors are responsible for the final publication decision.

Author Responsibilities

Authors must ensure their work is original and properly attributed. They must disclose conflicts of interest, funding sources, and obtain consent for research involving human or animal subjects. Submitting to multiple journals simultaneously is not permitted.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers must provide objective, constructive feedback in a timely manner. They must maintain confidentiality, declare conflicts of interest, and not use information from reviewed manuscripts for personal advantage.

Publisher Responsibilities

Upubscience ensures the integrity of the editorial process, supports editors in handling misconduct, maintains publication records, and provides a transparent platform for academic communication.
