RESEARCH ON SUPPLIER SELECTION STRATEGY BASED ON AHP

As an important resource for enterprise production, the selection of suppliers is crucial. This paper takes Company Q as the research object, determines the supplier evaluation indexes of this company through expert scoring method and field research, and uses hierarchical analysis method to quantitatively analyse the supplier's indexes and determine the weight coefficients. From the four dimensions of having quality level, product price, delivery ability, service level and comprehensive ability, four suppliers are selected for evaluation, and the optimal supplier is selected based on the evaluation results.References
