Academic Leadership
Direct the intellectual direction of the journal, setting scope, priorities, and standards for the field.

Work with an international team of experienced editorial board members, reviewers, and researchers from around the world.
Visibility & Prestige
Your name and personal webpage featured prominently on the journal website, enhancing your professional profile.

Requirements
To be considered for the Editor-in-Chief position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- At least 4 years of research or professional experience in the relevant field
- Professor title, doctoral degree, or above (preferred)
- At least 8 publications in the same topic area as the target journal
- Proven track record in editorial or peer review activities
- Strong vision for advancing the journal's academic mission
