Requirements

To be considered for the Editor-in-Chief position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

At least 4 years of research or professional experience in the relevant field
Professor title, doctoral degree, or above (preferred)
At least 8 publications in the same topic area as the target journal
Proven track record in editorial or peer review activities
Strong vision for advancing the journal's academic mission
