Requirements

To be considered for the Editor-in-Chief position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 4 years of research or professional experience in the relevant field
  • Professor title, doctoral degree, or above (preferred)
  • At least 8 publications in the same topic area as the target journal
  • Proven track record in editorial or peer review activities
  • Strong vision for advancing the journal's academic mission
