APC Overview
As a fully open access publisher, Upubscience Publisher House does not charge readers or their institutions for access to published content. Instead, Article Processing Charges (APC) cover the costs of editorial processing, peer review coordination, professional production, and global distribution.
APC is charged only upon acceptance of a manuscript following peer review. There are no hidden fees at any stage of the submission or review process.

Payment Policy
- APC is charged only after manuscript acceptance following peer review
- No submission fees, no review fees
- Payment instructions are sent to the corresponding author upon acceptance
- Publication proceeds once payment is confirmed
Waiver & Discount Policy
Fee Waiver Available
Authors from low-income and lower-middle-income countries (as classified by the World Bank) may apply for a full or partial APC waiver. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not influence editorial decisions. Authors seeking a waiver should indicate this at the time of submission.
