  • Each manuscript is reviewed by a minimum of 2 independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.
  • The review process is double-blind: author identities are concealed from reviewers, and vice versa.
  • Reviewers evaluate manuscripts on originality, methodology, significance, clarity, and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Authors receive detailed, constructive feedback to improve the quality of their work.

Editorial Independence

The integrity of our publishing operation rests on the independence of our editorial process. We maintain strict separation between editorial decisions and commercial interests.

Merit-Based Decisions

All editorial decisions are based solely on the academic merit of the manuscript, including originality, validity, and significance to the field.

Expert Editors

Editors are selected based on their academic expertise, publication record, and standing within their research community.

Conflict of Interest

Editors and reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves when appropriate.

Editorial–Business Separation

Editorial decisions are never influenced by revenue considerations, advertising, or commercial partnerships.

Publication Ethics

Upubscience Publisher House is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. We follow the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

  • Plagiarism: All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism. We maintain zero tolerance for plagiarism in any form, including self-plagiarism and text recycling.
  • Duplicate Submission: Manuscripts must not be simultaneously submitted to or published in another journal.
  • Data Integrity: Fabrication or falsification of data is strictly prohibited. Authors may be required to provide raw data for editorial review.
  • Authorship: All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the work. Ghost authorship and gift authorship are not permitted.
  • Retraction & Corrections: We follow COPE retraction guidelines. Published articles found to contain serious errors or ethical violations will be retracted or corrected with transparent notifications.

Author Guidelines

To ensure a smooth submission and review process, authors should adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Formatting: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX format, following the specific formatting guidelines of the target journal.
  • References: Citations and references should follow the style specified by the target journal (APA, Vancouver, or other discipline-specific formats).
  • Data Availability: Authors are encouraged to include a data availability statement. Where applicable, supporting data should be deposited in a recognized repository.
  • Competing Interests: All authors must disclose any financial or non-financial competing interests that could influence the interpretation of their work.
