ABSTRACT

The digital transformation in the logistics industry has imposed new demands on cultivating logistics management majors in application-oriented universities. Revolutionizing the training model of logistics management majors to match the new requirements has become an issue that demands immediate solutions for application-oriented universities. For this purpose, we sort out the changes in demands for talents in the logistics industry empowered by the digital economy, analyze and summarize the existing problems in the cultivation of logistics management majors in current application-oriented universities, and put forward reform suggestions for the cultivation path, intending to provide a reference basis for the innovation of cultivation in the logistics management major of application-oriented universities.
