ABSTRACT

This paper reviews the experimental research and numerical calculation results of magnetic fluid in the field of convection heat transfer in recent years, and analyzes and summarizes the experimental and calculation results; respectively explains the nanometer-scale technology in the research on magnetic fluid natural convection heat transfer and magnetic fluid forced convection heat transfer. The influence of fluid volume fraction, Rayleigh number, magnetic field strength and direction on convective heat transfer; finally, the existing problems and future research directions in magnetic fluid research are summarized.
