ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the socioeconomic impacts and sustainable pathways of border trade, highlighting its role in regional integration and development. It details growth, income distribution, job creation benefits, social cohesion, and cultural exchange. The paper addresses infrastructure, policy, inequality, and environmental concerns, emphasizing the need for cooperation, regulation, and regional coordination for sustainable development. Future research should focus on region-specific strategies for border trade growth.
