ABSTRACT

The internal social network has great influence on individual creativity. Individual innovation behavior includes two specific stages: creative production and creative implementation. In this paper, data were collected by questionnaire survey, Harman single factor method was used to conduct common method bias test on the topics involved, and finally STATA software was used for regression analysis, and least square method (OLS) was used for estimation, and statistical test was performed on the hypotheses proposed. The empirical results show that the knowledge sharing relationship has a significant positive impact on individual creativity in the initial stage of the project; In the project implementation stage, emotional friendship relationship has a significant positive impact on individual creative implementation.
