Journal of Biotechnology and Food Science (JBFS)(Online ISSN: 3078-7297) is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality research on the application of biotechnology to food science and technology. The journal aims to provide a platform for the latest advancements in the use of biotechnological innovations to improve food production, preservation, safety, and quality.
